Key skills: Project Manager, Healthcare, Scrum
We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager or Scrum Master with 2–3 years of healthcare domain experience, particularly across Member, Provider, and Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project/program planning, execution, and delivery within Agile environments.
- Drive portfolio reporting, cost tracking, resource planning, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Support governance activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in Healthcare – Member, Provider, and Claims.
- Project/Program Management or Scrum Master experience.
- Experience with portfolio reporting, cost tracking, resource planning, and financial analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
